- Panaskan sebagian margarine ke dlm teflon hingga cair. Goyangkan teflon hingga larutan margarine merata ke seluruh permukaan teflon. Bagi rata adonan telor kira2 jadi 3x tuang nantinya. Tuangkan sepertiga adonan ke dlm teflon. Goyangkan perlahan agar adonan telor menyebar penuh di dlm teflon. Gunakan api kecil-sedang..
- Setelah bagian bawah telor cukup matang. Hati-hati gulung telor sambil agak ditekan setiap kali melipat telor agar lebih padat dan bagian dlm telor matang, gulung hingga tersisa sedikit ujung adonan telor. Geser telor ke ujung kanan. Larutkan sedikit margarine lagi di sisi teflon yg kosong lalu tuangkan sepertiga lagi adonan telor ke sisi teflon yg sudah dikosongkan, hingga sisa ujung telor yg sudah di gulung menyatu dgn adonan yg baru dituang. Gulung lagi seperti pada tuangan adonan pertama..
- Gulung adonan kedua telor sambil ditekan2 setiap kali dilipat agar padat, sisakan sedikit ujung adonan, beri sisa margarine pada bagian teflon yg kosong, lalu tuangkan sepertiga sisa adonan telor ke sisi teflon yg kosong. Gulung padat seperti adonan pertama & kedua. Yg terakhir gulung sampai habis, di tekan2. Balik, tekan2 lagi hingga dirasa gulungan telor sudah benar2 padat dan matang merata..
