- Buat brownis, lelehkan DCC dan minyak sayur d microwave 30 detik, sisihkan.
- Kocok putih telur, cream of tartar, masukkan gula sedikit2 sampai putih kaku.
- Campur terigu, cocoa bubuk, baking powder, ayak, campur kan sedikit2 k adonan putih telur, bergantian dengan DCC yg sdh d lelehkan dengan minyak sayur.
- Masukkan 1/2 bagian dr adonan brownis k loyang, kukus 10 menit, tambahkan 3/4 bagian ganache d atas nya, dan potongan creamcheese, kukus 5 menit.
- Tambahkan sisa adonan brownis, kukus lgi 15 menit sampe matang.
