Step by Step Membuat Gyeran Mari / Korean Egg Roll
- Iris tipis bawang prei, parut kasar wortel. Kocok lepas telur.
- Masukkan bawang prei dan wortel ke telur, beri garam, penyedap rasa, lada sesuai selera.
- Panaskan teflon, gunakan api kecil. Beri sedikit minyak goreng. Tuang sebagian telur, ratakan (me : 2 sendok sayur). Biarkan sampai setengah matang, lalu gulung sisakan sedikit bagian terbuka. Jgn langsung ditiriskan ya, tp sisihkan ke tepi teflon.
- Lalu masukkan telur lagi (menyambung dengan telur yg sebelumnya). Biarkan setengah matang dan gulung kembali bersama dengan telur yg sebelumnya.
- Lakukan step tersebut berulang kali hingga adonan telur habis.
- Terakhir, setelah telur digulung rapi biarkan telur ditengah teflon. Balik2 beberapa kali, hingga permukaan telur kecoklatan. Agar bagian dalam matang merata.
- Jika sudah, angkat dan potong2 agak tebal lalu sajikan.
