Step by Step Memasak Nutella Rollcake

  1. Panas kan butter, tunggu sampai dingin sesuai suhu ruangan.

  4. Siap kan loyang (20 X 20) yg sudah di oles dg margarine, tuang adonan ke dalam loyang (sy tidak pakai kertas roti di loyang).
  5. Panggang adonan selama kurang lebih 20 menit dg meng gunawan api bawah di suhu 180 ~ C setelah 20 menit Kecil kan api bawah kemudian nyala kan api atas... pastikan ini tidak di tinggal krn api atas cpt sekali proses matang nya kurang lbh cukup 3-4 menit saja lalu mati kan oven.
  6. Agar kue dapat di gulung dg Mudah, pastikan bagian bawah nya (yg akan di oles) itu kering dan bagian atas nya (yg akan di hias itu lentur) sehingga tidak akan patah pada saat di gulung.
  7. Setelah di biar kan dingin sebentar (5 menit setelah di angkat dari oven) kemudian balik kue dan tuang di atas kertas roti, lalu oles bagian dalam dh Nutella.
  8. Lalu gulung kue, kemudian oles kembali bagian atas nya dg nuttela lalu tabur meses ceres setelahnya.
  9. Potong bagian ujung ujung kue, sajikan.
